We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong implementation and support experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-end implementation & support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End-User Training
- Manage data migration using HDL / PBL
- Lead solution workshops and provide Oracle best-practice guidance
- Develop HR integrations using:
- HCM Extracts
- BI Publisher
- SOAP / REST Web Services
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- HDL
- Design & develop Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Element Eligibility)
- Build OTBI, BIP & Dashboard reports for HR & HR Ops teams
