We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OIC) Consultant to design, configure, and support incentive compensation solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. The role involves working closely with business and sales stakeholders to implement scalable and compliant commission and incentive plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (OIC)
• Design and manage incentive plans, credit rules, quotas, earnings, and payout calculations
• Gather and translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion configurations
