Job Description

Key Responsibilities (for all 3 roles)

  • Lead and drive Oracle Fusion implementation projects for respective modules (PIM/PDH/PLM).
  • Understand and gather complex business requirements; convert them into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules to meet business needs.
  • Perform solution design, data migration, integration, testing, and user training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations.
  • Create detailed design documentation, functional specs, and process flows.
  • Support post-implementation activities and troubleshoot system issues.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PIM, PDH, or PLM.
  • Strong implementation experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion projects.
