Job Description
Key Responsibilities (for all 3 roles)
- Lead and drive Oracle Fusion implementation projects for respective modules (PIM/PDH/PLM).
- Understand and gather complex business requirements; convert them into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules to meet business needs.
- Perform solution design, data migration, integration, testing, and user training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations.
- Create detailed design documentation, functional specs, and process flows.
- Support post-implementation activities and troubleshoot system issues.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PIM, PDH, or PLM.
- Strong implementation experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion projects.
- Expertise in module-specific configuration, data model, and integrations.
