Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Specialist

Experience Range: 6-15 Years
Work Model: Hybrid

Role Overview (Implementation-Focused Role)

As an Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Specialist , you will be responsible for delivering Oracle SCM Cloud end-to-end implementations across offshore and onshore engagements.

Mandatory Requirement:
The candidate must have completed at least 2 full-cycle (end-to-end) Oracle SCM Cloud implementations covering Requirement Gathering → Design → Configuration → Testing → UAT → Go-Live → Post-Go-Live Support .

Profiles without proven full-cycle implementation experience will not be considered .

Strong hands-on consulting experience in Oracle ERP / SCM Cloud implementations.

Functional Expertise

Strong experience in at least two Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules , such as:

  • Fusion Procurement
  • Order Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Supply / Demand / S&OP Planning
  • Product Data Hub (PDH)
  • Manufacturing / Maintenance
  • Ability to configure and deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

    • Professional Skills

  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of implementation deliverables.
  • Willingness to travel onsite for short-term or long-term assignments.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capability.

    • Education & Preferences

  • Must be a graduate (Engineering / Management preferred).
  • Domain or industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud certification is a plus.

    • Key Responsibilities End-to-End Implementation (Mandatory)

  • Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
  • Configure and implement Fusion SCM Cloud modules following Oracle methodology.
  • Drive CRP, SIT, Business Process Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
  • Support Go-Live, Hypercare, and Post-Production phases.
  • Handle change requests and enhancements during implementation lifecycle.

    • Client Engagement & Process Mapping

  • Interact directly with customers to understand business processes and map them to:
  • Fusion Procurement
  • Order Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Planning (Supply, Demand, S&OP)
  • Product Data Hub (PDH)
  • Manufacturing, Maintenance & related SCM Cloud modules
  • Provide functional guidance aligned with industry best practices.

    • Consulting & Delivery

  • Operate independently on moderately complex implementation assignments.
  • Act as a module lead for assigned SCM Cloud tracks.
  • Collaborate with technical, integration, and reporting teams.
  • Participate in solution design, estimations, and client discussions.
