The Oracle Fusion Technical Lead for Payroll & Data Conversion is responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering technical solutions that support Payroll operations and large‑scale data migration into Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, strong command of data conversion methodologies, and the ability to lead technical teams through complex implementation cycles. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical skills with leadership, communication, and solution‑design capabilities.
Lead all technical workstreams related to Oracle Fusion Payroll and data conversion activities.
Serve as the primary technical SME for Payroll fast formulas, payroll flows, costing, and payroll reporting.
Define technical architecture, development standards, and best practices for conversions and payroll integrations.
Mentor and guide developers, offshore teams, and junior technical staff.
