Job Description: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – HR Helpdesk

Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)


Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support and consultation for Oracle HCM Cloud , with strong focus on HR Helpdesk / HR Service Delivery .
  • Configure and manage HR Helpdesk modules , including workflows, queues, SLAs, service requests, and knowledge base.
  • Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution for HCM-related issues.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Perform HCM setups, configurations, and enhancements across core modules.
  • Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
