Job Description: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – HR Helpdesk

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide functional support and consultation for Oracle HCM Cloud, with strong focus on HR Helpdesk / HR Service Delivery.
- Configure and manage HR Helpdesk modules, including workflows, queues, SLAs, service requests, and knowledge base.
- Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution for HCM-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform HCM setups, configurations, and enhancements across core modules.
- Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
- Participate in UAT, production support, and post-go-live activities.
