Job Description: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – HR Helpdesk
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)
Role & Responsibilities
Provide functional support and consultation for Oracle HCM Cloud , with strong focus on HR Helpdesk / HR Service Delivery .
Configure and manage HR Helpdesk modules , including workflows, queues, SLAs, service requests, and knowledge base.
Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution for HCM-related issues.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Perform HCM setups, configurations, and enhancements across core modules.
Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
Participate in UAT, production support, and post-go-live activities .
Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and compliance standards.
