Oracle HCM Cloud HR - Help Desk Consultant

The Oracle HCM Cloud Human Resources Help Desk Implementor is responsible for the successful implementation and support of the Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk module within the People Team function. The Implementor will work closely with various stakeholders to configure customize and optimize the help desk system to meet organizational needs ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient process management

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk module by collaborating with Cross functional teams to gather requirements and configure the system to meet business needs
• Implement HR Help Desk module by configuring the key components such as Security Service Requests Delegation Entitlement Queues Routing Notification Email Action Plans Knowledge Content User Experience Survey Integration Framework and Workflows
