Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Specialist
**Main responsibilities:**
+ Perform hands-on configuration in designing and implementing detailed HCM Extracts requirements.
+ Provide day to day support to Oracle HCM Cloud interfaces.
+ Work closely with Business Analysts and HR Business teams to gather and understand requirements. This involves translating business needs into technical specifications and ensuring that solutions meet organizational goals and user expectations
+ Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly by analyzing root causes and implementing appropriate solutions
+ Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Highly organized and proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
+ Committed to ongoing development and enhancement of processes and solutions.
