We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR Talent Management Payroll Absence Management and Time Labor Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Configure Oracle HCM modules according to best practices and client requirements Conduct system testing troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical consultants project managers and end-users Prepare training materials and deliver user training sessions Provide input into project planning and status reporting Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and patches Required Qualifications Bachelor s ...
