The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager/Senior Manager with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR/Payroll to lead large-scale transformation programs for our global clients. You will play a strategic role in guiding clients through their cloud transformation journey, overseeing project delivery, managing teams, and ensuring high client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks. This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional Oracle processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
• While the business situation / problem is given – you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging ’s Gen AI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from Oracle and other providers.
• Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR/ Payroll solutions across multiple geographies.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical developers, and testers.
• Drive business development activities including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations.
• Contribute to thought leadership and capability development within the Oracle HCM Cloud practice.
Skills Required:
• 12–20 years of total experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR/ Payroll.
• Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Hands-on experience in Gen AI and Agentic AI applications– demonstrated through project implementations
• Understanding of integrations with third-party systems and Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management).
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex client engagements.
Qualifications & Experience:
• The candidate should have minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR/payroll.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
