Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking Oracle HCM Consultants with 3–10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for multiple opportunities across India. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and deliver scalable, high-quality HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and/or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs
• Conduct CRP, UAT, and post-production support activities
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to technical teams for integrations, reports, and conversions
• Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
