Job Description

  • Hands-on experience with Cloud HCM technologies including Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI/OTBI Reports, HCM Data Loaders, HCM Spreadsheet Loader
  • Experience in working on onshore-offshore model is preferred.
  • Technical Experience in building Reports and Interfaces across modules - Global HR, Payroll , Benefits ,Compensation and Talent Management
  • Excellent Communication skills, to be able to work independently
  • Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex technical issues/problems
  • Cloud HCM certification is preferred.
