Oracle HCM Functional Analyst

Description

• The Oracle HCM Functional Analyst will be responsible for supporting the HR Systems used by RB Global and continually look for ways to improve our processes, data, policies, and standards. They will need to be able to capture, analyze, and report key HR trends to drive strategic decision‑making in our people processes. The role requires strong communication skills, to keep the People team informed on status of queries, issues, and concerns. The analyst must have very strong HR system implementation and project management skills, to be able to interface with executives, management, and employees on a variety of subjects and handle confidential and complex assignments with considerable discretion, judgment, and tact

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience implementing/supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with reporting tools.
