The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Compensation, Benefits and Helpdesk implementation and support. As an Oracle Compensation, Benefits and Helpdesk Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Oracle Compensation, Benefits and Helpdesk module to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle Compensation, Benefits and Helpdesk functionalities to streamline HR operations and enhance organizational efficiency.
