Budget: 75k- 150k per month depending on yrs of experience.

Mode: Remote

Shifts: US Shift/ EU/UK Shift

• US Shift: 6:00 PM IST – 2:30 AM IST
  

• EU/UK Shift: 12:00 PM IST – 10:00 PM IST
  

(Candidate should be comfortable working in either shift based on project need and Role Fitment.

Role Overview

We are looking for strong Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with hands-on experience in HCM Cloud delivery . The role focuses on Core HR fundamentals with specialization in one or two key modules —primarily UK/EU Payroll, US Payroll, OTL, and ORC .

Important: We are not looking for “expert in everything” profiles. We prefer candidates with depth in specific combinations , such as:

• UK/EU Payroll + OTL
  

• US Payroll + OTL
  

• UK/EU Payroll + Compensation (if applicable)
  

• US Payroll + Compensation (if applicable)
  

• ORC + Core HR (with functional ownership)
  

Mandatory Requirements

✔ Strong Oracle Fusion HCM / Cloud functional experience (5–10 years relevant)

✔ Core HR foundation (mandatory)

✔ Strong hands-on expertise in at least one module :

• Payroll (UK/EU) or Payroll (US) or OTL or ORC
  

  ✔ Functional / Techno-Functional profile (must own solution + configuration)
  

  ❌ No technical-only HCM profiles
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead/Support functional delivery for assigned modules: UK/EU Payroll / US Payroll / OTL / ORC
  

• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
  

• Configure setups: rules, eligibility, workflows, approvals, validations, lookups, and dependencies
  

• Support data migration activities using HDL / HCM Extracts / FBDI
  

• Manage setup migration across environments (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD)
  

• Support SIT/UAT , defect triage, go-live readiness, hypercare, and production support
  

• Support quarterly patch testing and regression cycles
  

• Handle stakeholder management across EU/UK and US time zones with strong communication
  

Required Skills

• Experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM projects (implementation/enhancements/support)
  

• Strong functional documentation: BRD, MD50, config workbooks, test scripts/scenarios
  

• Strong hands-on with configuration, testing, and issue resolution
  

• Working knowledge of integrations and cross-module dependencies (functional level)
