Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.


Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HCM Functional Consultant.


Strong functional knowledge of HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, Performance Management).
