We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) and Compensation modules. The candidate will lead solution design, configuration, and support across global HR processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and system best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)
- Lead configuration and implementation of OTL including:
- Time Entry Layouts
- Time Categories, Time Attributes, Time Rules
- Time Entry Profiles, Time Card fields & templates
- Work Schedules & Shift Policies
- Time Processing & Rule Sets
- Perform requirements analysis for time capture policies, attendance management, compliance, and validations.
