The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands-on expertise in Core HCM, Payroll and Benefits modules, coupled with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience in handling the Implementation / Managed Services for the clients and deliver work effectively in client-facing scenarios
Key Responsibilities
7 to 10 years of hands-on Techno-Functional experience on Oracle Cloud HCM modules primarily on the Below Modules.
The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules in Core HR, Benefits & Payroll
