Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll and hands-on experience in payroll implementations, configurations, and support.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
Handle end-to-end payroll processing, validations, and reconciliations
Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, and calculations
Support payroll runs, retro pay, costing, and statutory processing
Work closely with HR, Finance, and Technical teams
Analyze business requirements and provide effective payroll solutions
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production activities
