Oracle HCM- Senior Functional Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle HCM Senior Functional Consultant at

ValueVerse Consulting. As a consultant in this role, your responsibilities will include

providing advisory services and support for Oracle HCM Cloud-related modules,

specifically in ORC. You will work with clients to ensure successful adoption and

implementation of the Oracle HCM Cloud product suite.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM (ORC) implementation and support

Strong technical skills and functional knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM

modules, specifically in ORC.

Demonstrated ability to lead sessions with clients to gather requirements, create design documents, and configure the system according to client needs
