  • 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM

  • Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows 

  • Expert technical knowledge of one or more components

  • Reporting & Extracts 

  • OTBI 

  • BIP 

  • HCM Extract 

  • Data Migration 

  • HDL 

  • HSDL 

  • Fast Formulas 

  • Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the technical lead 

  • Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies 

  • Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution 

  • Able to architect complex Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions 

  • Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries 

  • Expert technical knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)
