Oracle HCM Systems Analyst

Overview

Oracle HRIS Specialist at Telent Technology Services Ltd. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in Warwick HQ 1 day per month. Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, you’ll be hands-on with analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvements, and you’ll coach colleagues, simplify processes, and provide first-line support to keep our HR systems running smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Provide first-line support for HR system queries via the helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution and excellent user experience.
