Oracle HCM Talent consultant

• The Oracle HCM Talent Management Advanced Analyst is responsible for Talent Management Domain - specific knowledge,
functional expertise,
and operational support of Talent Administration systems
and processes,
focusing on Talent,
Performance,
and Goals Administration.• The Advanced Analyst will also act as a resource
and SME for the other analysts on the team
and across the domain on Oracle HCM applications.• This position involves client interaction
and requires a motivated
and proactive applicant.• The Advanced Analyst will lead projects,
tasks,
activities,
and C.R.s related to their workstream as it pertains to the Oracle HCM suite,
identify
and resolve issues through root cause analysis
and then implement business
or functional solutions.• This role will lead
and sponsor process creation,
improvement initiatives,
and changes within the domain.
