Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and hands-on experience in integrations, reports, and data conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions
Build and maintain integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs
Develop Fast Formulas, reports, and data loads
Support data migration, enhancements, and production issues
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements
Ensure best practices and performance optimization
