Role & Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM and related technologies
• Customize Oracle HCM modules to align with business needs and functional requirements
• Integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data exchange and automation

Collaboration & Support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions
• Provide expert-level support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements to optimize performance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation following Oracle standards and best practices
