Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong functional testing experience to support Oracle HCM implementations, enhancements, and testing activities. The ideal candidate will have solid functional knowledge across HCM modules and hands-on exposure to SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant across modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, OTL, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Compensation (as applicable).
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Perform functional configurations, setups, and validations in Oracle HCM.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Coordinate with technical teams for defect resolution and change requests.
- Support UAT cycles, data validation, integrations, and reports testing.
