Overview of the role:

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant , you'll build and maintain the technical components that power the HCM suite. This includes developing reports, integrations, and fast formulas  majorly for Payroll  module and all other modules, from Recruiting Cloud , Core HCM , Talent Management, Workforce Compensation ,Absence Management, Workforce Modelling & Work Life Solutions ,Journeys, Benefits Cloud, Self Service (MSS / ESS) . You'll also support the Redwood UX  and Self Service  features, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your work is key to making the HCM system efficient and fully integrated with business processes.


Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop technical components such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI Dashboards
  • Support HDL and HSDL-based data conversion and mass uploads - Develop Fast Formulas 
  • Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs
  • Configure and troubleshoot Self Service and Journeys flows - Collaborate with functional team to ensure smooth rollout of AI-driven features where applicable
  • Optimize system performance and ensure technical documentation is up-to-date
  • Support Redwood UX adjustments and mobile configuration needs


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical experience in Oracle HCM Cloud 
  • Proficiency in: - HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI - HDL, HSDL
  • Fast Formulas 
  • REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud 
  • Knowledge of Redwood UX structure and self-service elements 
  • Good understanding of Oracle Journeys framework
