We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Oracle HRMS modules and hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support Oracle HRMS solutions
Work on core HR modules such as:
Core HR (Work Structures, Personal Administration)
OTL (Oracle Time and Labor)
Absence Management
Gather and analyze business requirements and provide HRMS solutions
Support HR processes including employee lifecycle management
Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and conversions
Support UAT, go-live, and post-production issues
Provide documentation and end-user training
