Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to support, customize, and enhance Oracle EBS HCM modules. The role involves requirements gathering, system configuration, technical development, integrations, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze HR business requirements and prepare functional/technical specs
  
• Configure and customize Oracle HRMS/HCM modules
  
• Develop reports, integrations, and extensions using BI Publisher and APIs
  
• Plan and execute data migration and conversion activities
  
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support
  
• Prepare detailed documentation and deliver user training sessions
