Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Architect / Senior Developer to design, implement, and optimize Oracle ICM Cloud solutions within the broader Oracle CX ecosystem. The role involves both solution architecture and hands-on development, including configuration, customization, and integration with related Oracle Cloud modules. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud, coupled with a strong understanding of sales performance management and incentive processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud solutions.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  
• Configure, develop, and customize ICM Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs.
  
• Design and implement compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups, and incentive models.
  
• Develop integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules
  
• Provide technical leadership to offshore/onsite teams and ensure smooth delivery.
  
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and performance tuning of ICM implementations.
  
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, new features, and best practices.
  
• Prepare solution design documents, technical specifications, and user training material.
  
• Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Atleast 3+ years in Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud.
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Strong understanding of sales performance management, incentive structures, and compensation rules.
  
• Hands-on experience in ICM configuration, plan setup, rollup hierarchy, transaction processing, and credit assignment.
  
• Experience in ICM integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (ICM iPaaS).
  
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.
  
• Familiarity with Oracle CX Clouds is preferred.
  
• Ability to design scalable, high-performing ICM solutions.
  
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  

Requirements
Required skills and experience: • Proficiency in all the AWS Web Services below o Lambda o API Gateway o DynamoDB o SAM o CloudWatch • Proficiency in Typescript • Proficiency in JavaScript/ES6 • Proficiency in Vue 3 & Vue 2 • Proven experience in Node JS • Proficiency in Nuxt • Candidate must have solid research/troubleshooting and analytical skills • The ability to be able to dig into code or documentation to help them solve issues and leverage all resources available to them. • Proficiency in building Rest APIs and Json. • Must be able to apply SDLC concepts and Agile Scrum methodologies. • Has a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications. • Thorough knowledge of design and integration principles for complex IT environments. • Experience in GitHub handling repository version control. • Configure IDE and web application server for remote debugging. • Conceptual design of technical solutions providing a framework for detailed design.
