We’re Hiring: Oracle Infrastructure Lead

We’re looking for a seasoned Oracle Infrastructure Lead to guide complex solution designs, mentor technical teams, and help drive our Oracle cloud strategy forward. The Lead shall manage Oracle Infra delivery and help grow the team.

In this role, you will:

Lead architecture and delivery for OCI, Exadata, and hybrid Oracle environments

Drive modernization, automation, migration, and performance initiatives

Partner with clients to define roadmaps and high-value outcomes

Coach and guide a growing Oracle infrastructure team

What we’re looking for:

✔ Strong leadership experience in Oracle infrastructure or cloud engineering

✔ Deep expertise in OCI, Linux, Exadata, networking, security, and AWS/AZURE.

✔ Strong understanding of Oracle DB, HA/DR, and enterprise architecture

✔ A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder and communication skills
