**The Opportunity:**

CACI is seeking Oracle Integration & API Engineers to support a large-scale federal HCM modernization initiative. This program is transforming HR service delivery for a federal civilian workforce by implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with integrations to critical federal systems. You will design, develop, and maintain integrations connecting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM to federal HR systems including EHRI, eOPF, USA Staffing, payroll providers, and time & attendance platforms. This is a technically challenging role requiring expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and federal system interfaces. We are building an Integration Center of Excellence and seeking engineers at all levels to join this transformational effort.

**Responsibilities:**

• Design and develop integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and federal systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API interfaces for EHRI, eOPF, USA Staffing, and payroll provider connectivity

• Develop integration patterns for real-time and batch data exchanges with federal HR systems

• Configure Azure API Management (APIM) for secure API gateway services

• Create and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL imports, and BIP reports for data exchange

• Implement error handling, retry logic, and monitoring for integration reliability

• Support integration testing including end-to-end validation with external systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in development and production environments

• Document integration designs, API specifications, and operational runbooks

• Participate in integration certification testing with federal system owners

• Support Oracle quarterly updates by assessing integration impacts and performing regression testing

**Qualifications:**

**_Required:_**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field + 4 years experience (additional experience may substitute)

• 3+ years experience with enterprise integration development (APIs, ETL, middleware)

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar iPaaS platforms

• Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML, and API design patterns

• Experience with at least one: Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, or similar ERP integrations

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship required)

**_Desired:_**

• 6+ years integration experience (for Senior/Lead positions)

• Oracle Integration Cloud certification

• Experience with federal HR system interfaces (EHRI, eOPF, USA Staffing, NFC, DFAS)

• Azure APIM, MuleSoft, or similar API management platform experience

• Oracle HCM Cloud technical experience (HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP, VBCS)

• Experience with federal security requirements (FedRAMP, FISMA)

• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology

• Active Secret clearance or higher

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$69,100-$141,500
