Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) Steward / Analyst –Remote Work


Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end master data requests, primarily supporting Oracle Financial Master Data, including initial request review, validation within the Finance Master Data Workflow, and follow‑through to final closure in Informatica MDM Reference 360

Validate financial master data attributes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established governance standards

Prepare Informatica master data load files in Excel for senior team members to upload into Informatica Reference 360;
execute loads independently once training and proficiency are achieved

Perform ongoing master data analysis, quality checks, and issue resolution across multiple data domains

Communicate request status and data issues clearly and professionally to requestors, SMEs, and stakeholders

Support master data–related projects, enhancements, and initiatives as needed

Participate in master data workflow testing, user acceptance testing, and process improvements

Maintain documentation and follow established data governance procedures

Serve in a hands‑on, keyboard‑intensive processing role with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and consistency


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working with master data and master data management principles

Strong understanding of Oracle Financial Master Data, including Natural Accounts, Management Entities, and Cost Centers

Demonstrated ability to navigate and work effectively within the Oracle ERP environment

Strong Excel skills, including the ability to manage, analyze, and prepare data load files

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with both small and large data sets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and SMEs

Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Finance and Accounting

Experience with Informatica Reference 360 or similar MDM platforms

Working knowledge of SQL

Work Environment

Role supports Eastern Hemisphere business hours and stakeholders

Hands‑on, operational role within a finance systems and data governance environment
