Oracle Order Management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP Order Management projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes. • Guide end-to-end configuration, customization, Integration and optimization of Oracle Order-to-Cash processes. • Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, developers, and external partners. • Develop scalable solutions that link Oracle ERP with external applications including Salesforce OMS system, e-commerce platforms, and EDI tools. • Write and maintain technical design documentation, data flow diagrams, and user support materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. • Support data migration, transformation, and validation activities during sprint rollouts. • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot interface issues to ensure business continuity. • Liaise between business users, project managers, and technical teams to alig...
