Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Dynamics CPQ Techno-functional Consultant with a strong background in Quote-to-Invoice processes and BB returns in complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of years of overall IT experience, including + years in Microsoft Dynamics implementations and + years of experience specifically in Quote-to-Invoice processes. This role requires a strong blend of functional process knowledge and technical solution delivery across the BB sales and service domain, with a preference for candidates having industry-specific experience in distribution, manufacturing, or high-tech sectors.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support end-to-end Dynamics CPQ and Quote-to-Invoice implementations.

Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for quoting, pricing, invoicing, and returns management.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture, business rules, and workflows.

Configure and support Dynamics modules including: CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). Sales and Invoicing. BB Returns and Service Management.

Define and execute test plans including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.

Support integrations with ERP, CRM, and external pricing engines.

Develop functional designs and collaborate with developers for customizations, plugins, and Power Platform extensions.

Work closely with global teams to deliver scalable solutions across regions.

Provide training, solution documentation, and post-go-live support to end-users and business teams.

Required Qualifications:

+ years of IT experience with significant exposure to enterprise sales and finance processes.

+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics implementations.

+ years of experience in Quote-to-Invoice processes including pricing, invoicing, and returns.

Strong techno-functional knowledge in CPQ and related Dynamics Sales and Finance modules.

Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics Sales, Finance, or Power Platform.

Experience integrating CPQ with external ERP or contract management tools.

Experience configuring product catalogs, pricing rules, approval workflows, and invoicing logic.

Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dynamics plugins.

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills including BRDs, FSDs, and user guides.

Experience in testing, training, deployment, and user support activities.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve both functional and technical issues.

Prior experience in manufacturing, distribution, or BB high-tech sales environments.

Experience with advanced reporting using Power BI or SSRS.
