Must Have**
- Strong experience in Oracle OTM and GTM (implementation and support).
- Hands-on experience with OTM/GTM configuration, workflow agents, and integration architecture.
- Technical skills: SQL, PL/SQL, XML/XSLT, Java, Web Services.
- Knowledge of transportation planning, freight payment, trade compliance, and global logistics processes.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
