• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion / Oracle EPM applications<br />
• Strong hands-on experience in <strong>Oracle PCMCS end-to-end implementations</strong> for medium to large-scale, complex allocation processes<br />
• Expertise in:<br /> - PCMCS model building, rule creation, testing, and allocation validation<br /> - Writing functional specifications and converting them into technical designs<br /> - Inbound and outbound integrations in PCMCS<br /> - PCMCS security design and implementation<br /> - Performance tuning and application optimization<br />
• Experience in <strong>EPBCS implementation and support</strong> (Workforce Planning, Capital Asset Planning, Financial Planning)<br />
• Strong understanding of Planning & Budgeting methodologies<br />
• Experience in:<br /> - Designing EPBCS forms, business rules, workflows, and metadata<br /> - Security implementation across EPM applications<br /> - Integration using <strong>FDMEE, ODI</strong>, and <strong>Cloud Data Management (CDM)</strong> (preferred)<br />
• Hands-on experience in <strong>Unix Shell scripting</strong><br />
• Strong documentation skills (Design docs, Test cases, Support handbooks, Issue resolution)<br />
• Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues<br />
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</span></span></p>
