Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide critical support for our Oracle project. This role involves:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Delivering user training on new system features.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and communicate effectively with users.


Beyond your passion for delivering excellent customer service, you'll need:


  • A solid understanding of software development lifecycle processes (SDLC) including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, maintenance etc.
