Role: Oracle Retail Technical Support Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, Noida, Bangalore

Minimum years of Experience: 8 Years

Position Summary:

Seasoned Technical Support Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle POS development. This role will support store systems, ensure seamless POS operations and delivering enhancements to improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle POS applications.
• Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and enhancements in XStore.
• Collaborate with store operations and IT teams to resolve incidents and implement fixes.
• Participate in POS upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Ensure compliance with security and audit standards in POS systems.
• Document technical designs, deployment guides, and support runbooks.

Required Skills:

• Strong development experience in Oracle POS (Java-based).
• Familiarity with store-side integrations (payment gateways, loyalty, inventory).
• Experience with Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, ReSA, RPM) is a plus.
• Proficient in Java, SQL, and POS architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Retail POS certification
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to cloud-based POS deployment models"
