Responsibilities:
  • To lead the technical aspects of building and maintaining File-Based Data Imports (FBDIs) for source systems Order Management (OM), Order and Service Management (OSM), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM), specifically for updates, reversals and reinstatements of RMCS contracts.
  • Design, develop and maintain FBDIs for OM and PPM systems to support RMCS contract updates, reversals, and reinstatements.
  • Establish seamless integration between source systems (OM, OSS, PPM) and Oracle RMCS.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including FBDI design specifications, data mapping documents, and process flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and RMCS users to understand business requirements and ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
  • Develop and execute technical test plans and scripts to validate customizations and integrations.
    • Essential Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ Years experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant with expertise in building FBDIs for OM and PPM systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle RMCS, OM and PPM modules.
  • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database technologies.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware for data integration.
  • Knowledge of FBDI development tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with integration middleware (., Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders.
