Summary:

As a Software Configuration Lead, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. A typical day involves managing processes, resources, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring that all aspects of product development and implementation align with cost, quality, and delivery targets, while fostering a smooth workflow across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.

- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Expertise in Incentive capabilities of Incentive Compensation– Compensation Plan, Payments Life cycle, integrations and data model extensions

- Should have experience in Compensation Plan and Components, Classification and Credit rules, Transaction Process Management, Approvals, Import/Export, Payment Processing, Dispute Management, Draw and Recovery, SOAP/REST APIs, User Defined Queries, Formulas, Reports, Analytics, Flex Fields

- Experience with process improvement methodologies

- Experience in establishing unified design and documentation standards & guidelines

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
