Role: Oracle SCM and Planning Cloud Consultant

Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM & Planning Cloud modules

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle SCM Cloud modules such as:
• Inventory Management
• Purchasing
• Order Management
• Product Hub
• Manufacturing (optional)
• Work on Oracle Planning Cloud modules including:
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Replenishment Planning
• Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud SCM & Planning solutions.
• Configure business processes, setups, workflows, and functional rules aligned with customer requirements.
• Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, Data Migration Support , and production rollout activities.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for integrations using OIC, ICS, REST/SOAP APIs .
• Troubleshoot issues, provide root‑cause analysis, and offer scalable solutions for production support.
• Ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, best practices, and release features.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to deliver high‑quality cloud solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM and Planning Cloud modules.
• Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end implementations , enhancements, and support projects.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud data structures, setups, flexfields, and security .
• Good understanding of supply chain processes , demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning cycles.
• Experience working with OIC integrations , data migration templates, and FBDI/ADFdi.
• Ability to prepare BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, user training documents, and solution design documents.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Manufacturing Cloud , Costing , or Global Order Promising (GOP) .
• Experience working in Agile environments .
• Oracle Cloud certification in SCM or Planning.
