We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Pre-Sales Lead with strong functional expertise and customer-facing skills to drive solution design, presales engagements, and value-based presentations. The role requires deep knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud modules, SCM business processes, and the ability to articulate differentiated solutions aligned to customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales activities focused on Oracle SCM Cloud modules including Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Engage with customers to understand business requirements, pain points, and transformation goals, and translate them into Oracle SCM Cloud solution architectures and Proof of Value (POVs).
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SCM business processes and Oracle SCM Cloud capabilities.
• Own and drive responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and competitive positioning.
• Design, prepare, and independently deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and solution presentations tailored to industry-specific use cases.
• Identify and articulate AI/ML-driven opportunities within SCM (forecasting, inventory optimization, demand planning, predictive maintenance, etc.) as part of the solution value proposition.
• Provide presales-to-delivery continuity by supporting implementation teams during project execution when required.
• Participate in Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives including solution accelerators, demo assets, and thought leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end SCM processes, including warehouse management, transportation management, and demand & supply planning.
• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations and/or presales solutioning.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and challenges and propose scalable, value-driven solutions.
• Hands-on experience in presales activities, including customer workshops, solution design, demos, and bid responses.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced presales environments.
• Willing to travel (20-30%)
