Roles & Responsibilities :

• Work from offshore as part of the Oracle SCM functional track for client engagements.
• Develop test scripts and perform Quarterly Test execution .
• Deliver training , provide application support , and handle functional enhancements .
• Conduct impact assessments and provide functional guidance to clients.
• Take complete ownership of guiding clients through Redwood UI migration .
• Collaborate with the Automation team to automate client test scripts.
• Perform additional functional support activities as required.
• Act as a strong team collaborator within offshore and onshore teams.
• Interact directly with onshore teams and business stakeholders , where applicable.
