Oracle SCM/Manufacturing Techno Functional Consultant (Hybrid) Primary Location: Schaumburg, Illinois V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Oracle SCM/Manufacturing Techno Functional Consultant for our premier client in Schaumburg, Illinois. Education and Experience » 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle SCM/Manufacturing Techno-Functional Consultant. Strong functional and configuration experience in Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules. Mandatory experience with Oracle Configurator. Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional design, and BR-100 documentation. Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles. Solid understanding of RICEW development and the ability to work closely with technical teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred: Prior experience in end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional project environments. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Lead functional analysis, configuration, and implementation of Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules, including: Order Management, Oracle Configurator (mandatory), Shipping, Inventory, Bills of Materials (BOM), Work in Process (WIP). Provide working knowledge and integration support for Financials modules, including: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL). Gather and document business requirements and create BR-100 and related functional documentation. Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including defect triage and resolution. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the duration of the project. Collaborate with development teams to support the design and build of RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows). Lead and facilitate meetings with business stakeholders, providing clear communication and functional guidance. Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
