Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional design, configuration, and support for O2C & Oracle Configurator (CZ) within Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Build and maintain configurator models, including:Model hierarchy & structuresOptions, attributes, and option classesConfiguration rules, constraints, logic, and dependencies
  • Develop and manage Configurable BOMs aligned with engineering and manufacturing requirements.
  • Support end-to-end O2C process, ensuring seamless integration between other modules:
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to identify business needs and translate them into scalable configurator and O2C solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues impacting Order Business process flow, configuration logic, pricing, order creation, and BOM explosion.
  • Participate in CRP/UAT cycles, end-user training, and documentation of models and functional designs.
  • Provide ongoing production support, enhancements, and process improvements across configurator and O2C modules.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and rollout initiatives for O2C and configurator components.

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–10 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS (R12), focused on Order Management and Oracle Configurator (CZ).
  • Strong hands-on experience with:Configurator Developer (OCD)Model setup and rules authoringConfigurable BOMs and product structures
  • Solid functional knowledge across Order to Cash (O2C) focusing on:Order Management and InventoryAdvanced PricingGOP/Order Promising (nice-to-have)
  • Experience supporting integrated O2C modules flows from configuration → pricing → order creation → fulfilment and other systems.
