Job Description
Implement and support Oracle Retail RMS modules
Configure merchandising, inventory, pricing, and cost management
Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents (FDD)
Perform system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
Work on data migration, validations, and reconciliations
Support integrations with Oracle Retail modules:
- Re SA, RPM, SIM, ORFM
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and interfaces
Handle production support, issue analysis, and resolution
Train end users and provide functional documentation
